Clinton J. Cusick, Esq. is an intellectual property attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is also admitted to the state bars of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Cusick has built a vibrant practice with clients in the USA and abroad and has prosecuted over one thousand trademark applications at the USPTO.
Mr. Cusick holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and worked as an environmental engineer for eight years before graduating from Rutgers University School of Law and beginning his career as a patent attorney in the year 2000.
Mr. Cusick is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee.
